A few simple steps can support how your body responds in the hours and days following your treatment.
Drink water across the rest of the day. Good hydration supports your body as it adjusts after treatment.
Light walking and easy movement can help you feel more comfortable. Avoid intense training straight away.
Give your body time to recover. Quality rest and sleep support how your muscles respond.
A warm shower or gentle heat can feel soothing if you notice any mild tightness afterwards.
It is normal to feel relaxed, a little tired, or to notice some mild tenderness for a day or two, similar to after exercise. This usually settles on its own. Everyone responds differently, and that is completely normal.
