30, 45 Or 60 Minutes? How To Choose The Right Massage Session
The right appointment length depends on how many areas need attention and how focused the session needs to be.

Choosing a treatment length should be based on what you want addressed, not simply on booking the longest session available.
A Shorter Session Can Be Very Focused
A 30 minute appointment is useful when one specific area needs attention, such as the neck and shoulders or lower back.
Longer Sessions Allow More Areas To Be Covered
A 45 or 60 minute session gives more time for assessment, treatment and multiple connected areas. If you are unsure, choose based on your main concern and explain it when booking.
