Massage can help when muscles feel tight because of prolonged sitting or repetitive posture, but it is not a permanent posture correction on its own.
What Massage Can Do
Treatment can reduce muscular tension, improve comfort and make movement feel easier, which may help you sit, stand and move more naturally.
What It Cannot Replace
Lasting change usually also requires movement, strength, better work setup and less time spent in one position. The goal is not perfect posture. It is a body that can move comfortably between positions.
