You do not need a complicated routine to feel more mobile. Small, consistent habits often achieve more than occasional bursts of effort.
Move Little And Often
Standing up, walking, and gently moving every hour keeps the joints and muscles from settling into stiffness. Even a minute or two helps.
Work Through Your Range
Gentle, comfortable movements that take your joints through their natural range, such as shoulder rolls, hip circles, and easy spinal rotations, help maintain mobility over time.
Treatment can support this by easing the tension that limits movement, but the daily habits are what keep the progress going.
