Why Aftercare Matters After A Massage Session

The work we do together in the clinic is only part of the picture. What you do in the hours and days afterwards genuinely shapes how well your body responds.

Simple Aftercare

Drink plenty of water, keep moving gently rather than staying completely still, and give yourself permission to rest if you feel tired. A little tenderness for a day or so is normal and usually settles quickly.

Listen To Your Body

Avoid intense exercise immediately after a deeper treatment, and let me know how you felt at your next visit. That feedback helps me fine-tune your future sessions.
